David Moradi

Sah Bum Nim

Master and owner of Westchester Tae Kwon Do Academy, has been teaching for over 27 years, specializing in teaching martial arts to both children and adults. He is personally committed to helping each individual achieve his or her full potential through martial arts training.

He trained under Grand Master Sin Young Kim from 1988 to 1995 and Grand Master S. Henry Cho from 1996 until his passing in 2012. Master Moradi holds a 6th Dan (degree) Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do which he received from Grand Master Bill Dewart.

Master Moradi was named "Master of the Year" by the U.S.A. International Black Belt Hall of Fame in 2010, Promoter of the Year in 2011 and Man of the year in 2013

  • Form (kata) Champion Zang International Tournament 2013 and 2014
  • Form Champion and Sparring Champion, Northeast Classic 2014
